Senior Manager of Reporting and People Analytics
Location: Dallas, TX (5 days on-site with hybrid flexibility)
Compensation: Up to $170,000 15% Bonus Stocks
About the Company:
Our client, a leading financial services company, has recently gone live with Workday and are continuing to grow their Workday, HRIS, and Reporting departments. They are seeking a Senior Manager of Reporting and People Analytics to join their team as a sole contributor with the potential to build out a team in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Reporting Expertise:
- Create and maintain Workday reports across the HCM suite, including Advanced, Matrix, and Dashboard reporting.
- Leverage expertise to implement PRISM in the near future, enhancing reporting capabilities.
Executive Leadership Collaboration:
- Work closely with Executive leaders to prepare data, insights, and reports for key meetings and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with Executive leadership to understand and address reporting and data analytics needs.
Data Analytics and Insights:
- Extract, analyze, and present actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Partner with the HRIS team to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Workday reporting tools, including Advanced, Matrix, and Dashboard reporting.
- Familiarity with PRISM is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work directly with Executive leaders on reporting and analytics initiatives.
- Strong skills in data extraction and analysis.
- Strong People Analytics experience.
