Role Overview
Hale Kipa is looking for full-time Case Managers for our Kalihi Juvenile Assessment Center who will provide case management services to youth. Must be able to appropriately respond to all police citations immediately during the assigned Monday to Friday shift. Must have knowledge of community resources that are available to the youth. Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills, be timely with documentation, have basic computer skills, and the ability to navigate an electronic health record system.
The workweek may be adjusted to include an on-call or weekend schedule. Working conditions include the office and out in the field.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- At least one (1) year of experience with youth and youth services is required
