Role Overview
Hale Kipa, Inc. is looking for a Freight Farm Manager to oversee the operations and implementation of our Freight Farm on the island of Maui. The Freight Farm Mananger is responsible for the start up of the Freight Farm, which includes preparing the budget, plans & schedules for planting and harvesting; purchasing supplies and keeping them stored and regularly stocked; and monitoring crops. This individual is also responsible for developing relationships and partnerships with vendors and cultural practitioners for the distribution of food boxes. Additionally, creating marketing strategies for local restaurants, vendors and hotels to sell fresh produce.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management or agriculture or Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in similar positions required
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle to use for work
