The Role : Client Care Team Member
Location : Tampa, FL (near Tampa Airport)
Compensation : Starting at $18 / hour , with top performers earning $30 / hour through commissions & spiffs.
Schedule : Flexible shifts, including rotating weekends / on-call opportunities for additional earnings.
Your Mission :
Convert inbound calls into booked appointments using our proven scripts -but with passion, energy, and a sales-driven mindset
Make outbound sales calls to past customers and leads, promoting specials, memberships, and premium services
Upsell and cross-sell -educate customers on the benefits of HVAC upgrades, maintenance plans, and air quality solutions.
