About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Engineer with expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and ServiceNow Services Catalog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IdentityNow solutions to automate and streamline identity governance processes.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Service Catalog offerings related to IAM, ensuring seamless integration with IGA systems.
- Configure role-based access control (RBAC) and entitlement management in SailPoint to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to define and enforce access policies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow (ISC).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Catalog design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of identity governance principles, access control models, and compliance requirements.

Estimated Salary Range:
$135,565 to $186,401 plus an 18% bonus.
