Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on winning? Do you have experience selling to homeowners, HOAs, or community boards? If so, Hales AC wants YOU to lead our expansion into HOA partnerships across Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties!

As an HOA Sales Representative , youll be the face of Hales AC for homeowner associations, working directly with HOA boards to make us their preferred HVAC vendor . This is an exciting high-impact sales role for a self-starter who excels in prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building.

You will :

Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage and win HOA partnerships.

Prospect and cold call HOA board members to introduce Hales ACs services.

Sell the value of our Comfort Club memberships, maintenance programs, and exclusive community benefits.

Negotiate and close contracts to establish preferred vendor agreements.

Work independently while leveraging company resources and support.

Who We're Looking For :

HOA / Community Sales Experience (Preferred, but not required if you have strong consumer sales experience.)
