We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer 2 to work in a technical support role with highly skilled professionals on diverse project teams in a dynamic environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing group and company and get involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position located in our Cincinnati, OH office.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Prepare technically accurate documents as independently as possible, while adhering to project scopes and budgets.
- Supervise diverse project teams and provide meaningful technical guidance and mentoring to lower-level staff.
- Be a self-motivated problem solver.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Work with minimal direction to solve problems.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- B.S. degree in civil engineering - with a geotechnical focus.
- M.S. degree in geotechnical engineering strongly preferred.
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Professional registration is required.
- Excellent thinking, written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Ability to travel.
- Must comply with company and client Health & Safety protocols.
