About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team at Volvo of Richmond. As a Luxury Brand Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire service process. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and leave our dealership feeling satisfied and confident in their vehicle's performance.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Associates degree
- At least 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
