What you should know:
We're hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to work in our corporate office in the Park Circle area of North Charleston, SC. This individual will have great attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and be able to act under pressure and meet deadlines. They will work within a team environment (across multiple departments) and will possess excellent communication skills- both oral and in writing- while maintaining the utmost confidentiality. The schedule is Monday- Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
What you will do:
- Greet all visitors as they enter the building and escort them to the proper location.
· Report to General Manager for daily & weekly projects.
· Provide coverage, when required, for other corporate office employees who are away from work.
· Periodically help with all elements of e-Commerce for HalfMoonOutfitters.com, including customer service and product loading.
· Answer telephones and provide accurate information to callers.
· Perform general office duties including filing, opening/routing mail.
· Data entry using Microsoft office programs.
· Provide additional administrative support to the General Manager and buying team.
- Prepare documents and reports.
- Correspond with various vendors and assist with vendor returns.
- Organize and order supplies, as needed.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and travel for company employees, as needed.
