- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and efficient for all staff and visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, with a focus on office management.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computer systems is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong understanding of phone systems and effective communication skills are necessary for this position.
