Overview
This role is essential in assisting with the creation of detailed contracts for private events organized by our valued members, ensuring that all requirements and preferences are clearly stated. The individual will coordinate a wide range of services, including assisting with food and beverage selections and décor to create the desired atmosphere for club events. Additionally, this position will assist with event billing, marketing communications and member engagement at club events.
Collaboration with the catering department and staff is key to managing logistics effectively. Strong communication skills are required to build relationships with vendors, members, and the various departments at Hallbrook ensuring that every event meets the club’s high standards and provides a memorable experience for all attendees.
