Responsibilities
Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join the Events and Merchandising Team. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Events and Sales teams to fulfill both employee and customer promotional product needs. The Administrative Coordinator will focus on managing promotional collateral and inventory and assisting with administrative tasks. This role will serve as secondary support for C-Suite administrative needs, travel booking, calendaring, etc. as needed. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and extremely organized. The ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams and manage multiple projects and requests at one time is vital.

- Manage branded promotional merchandise, including maintaining inventory, restocking new items, and researching product trends
- Fulfill all company store orders and promotional item requests for employees and customers in a timely manner
- Maintain and improve the internal company store website, physical store, and promotional request forms
- Provide administrative support to the Events Director, including corporate athletic ticket allocation, budget reconciliation and completing miscellaneous project tasks
- Support the events team by co-planning and executing company events
- Limited as secondary support for C-Suite administrative needs, travel booking, calendaring, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
- Demonstrates a high sense of initiative and professionalism
- Ability to solve problems using available resources and creativity
- Excellent communication skills, providing frequent updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Experience working with various external vendors
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize appropriately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
