Overview
To ensure all members and their guests receive a timely, warm, friendly, and professional service experience that represents the Hallbrook Country Club standard of excellence. This should be done while maintaining a first-class locker room facility with regard to cleanliness, organization, food, beverage, and supply offerings.
Responsibilities
Operations
Maximize member utilization and satisfaction by providing impeccable service to all members utilizing the men’s or ladies’ locker room facilitiesOpens and closes the locker room operation consistent with prescribed duties and SOPsResponsible for the general cleanliness of the locker rooms and lounge areasKeeps close working relationships with Golf staff with focus on member-guest experiences, partners with appropriate staff on tournamentsCleans and empties garbage cans and basketsOther duties as assigned by managementFood & Beverage
Actively engages with members for all dining experiences, consistent with Hallbrook Dining Service StandardsRestocks all F&B offerings (candy, chips, snacks, grab & go sandwiches, soda, beer, etc.)Maintains coffee and tea throughout the dayMaintains two on-course comfort stations and restroom areas with appropriate amenities, beverages, snacks and condimentsLockers / Wet Areas
Ensure all amenities, products and supplies for locker room are rotated, stocked and presented in accordance with the Hallbrook standardsEnsure cleanliness of showers, steam room, private water closets are presentable at all timesRequirements :
Private Club (Golf, Country or Other) experience preferred2 years’ experience in food and beverage dining service preferredKnowledge of all alcoholic beverages required to include intermediate wine knowledgeAdvanced working knowledge of service standardsAbility to read, write and converse in English requiredServSafe or local food handlers card requiredCPR and AED certified a plusAbility to be on feet for up to 95% of the prescribed shiftAbility to lift 30 pounds, able to stand, bend, stoop, twist and turn for prolonged periods of timeThe position will require working inside and outside various times of the year and may require prolonged exposure to sunlightThis position often requires an individual to work long hours, holidays, weekends and may be subjected to shifts longer than 10 hours in one working dayPredictable and reliable attendance is required
