What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer Manager position at Halleck Creek Ranch?
About Halleck Creek Ranch
Founded in 1977, Halleck Creek Ranch (HCR) is a premier riding center that empowers
individuals with disabilities to live a "life without barriers." Through horseback riding and
interactions with specially trained horses, participants gain confidence, mobility, and well-
being, leading to transformative physical, emotional, and mental benefits.
Volunteers gain valuable insights into the abilities of individuals with disabilities, fostering
understanding and challenging misconceptions. These connections between participants,
volunteers, and horses strengthen the community. Rooted in diversity, equity, and inclusion, HCR fosters a welcoming environment that celebrates individuals’ unique abilities. Our dedicated staff is committed to enriching lives through adaptive riding, horse-assisted activities, and community inclusion, providing life- changing opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
