About the Role:
We are actively in search of a seasoned Estimator with 5 to 10 years of experience with estimation in the Electrical Trade for Commercial New Construction, who is adept at analyzing blueprints, specifications, and quotes to prepare an all-inclusive quality and accurate bid to join our corporate team based out of our Lititz, PA campus. This position reports to the Estimating Manager.
What You Will Do:
- Estimating of MEP systems on projects best suited for the growth and culture of Haller Enterprises, Inc.
- Prepare the most cost-effective conceptual designs on design/build projects that will meet the expectations of the clients.
- Sketching of designs to forward to CAD operators to draft.
- Prepare written proposals and effectively communicate the proposal and scope of work to the customer.
- Negotiation and continuous follow up with clients on proposals submitted.
- Interact with counterparts to achieve individual division goals, as well as the overall success and profitability of the company.
- Work with other estimators to share resources (site visits, GC relationships, bid calendar updates)

What We Need From You:
Required:
- 5-10 years trade experience
- Experience in understanding project blueprints, design drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare time/cost/equipment/labor/material estimates for projects and services.
- Valid Driver's License required to operate company or personal vehicle for company business.
- Must be able to present acceptable documents evidencing identity and employment authorizations per the Federal I-9 requirement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Bluebeam is a plus
- Experience with Trimble Estimation is a plus
- Knowledge of general construction practices.
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code and NFPA 70E.
