We are hiring an Office Administrator for our Lititz Office. This position is a unique and dynamic role covering a diverse range of responsibilities across multiple areas in the company. This position is part-time working 25-30 hours per week. General schedule of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Monday-Friday. Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.
What You Will Do:
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Order Office Supplies.
- Manage department equipment, supplies and office space as directed.
- Process Outgoing Mail (Operate Mail Machine).
- Process, Sort and Distribute Incoming Mail.
- Daily run to Lititz Post Office.
- Distribute Incoming/Outgoing Branch Inter-Office Envelopes/Mail, etc.
- Scan Invoices for Accounts Payable.
- View & Extract Invoices from Accounting System - Accounts Payable - E-Mail Inbox.
- Envelope Accounts Payable Checks.
- Add, Change, Update and Delete Employee information in the Haller Employee Directory.
- Update Contact Numbers (Excel) - Add, Update, Delete Employees.
- Laminate - Prints, etc.

What We Need from You:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 Years of Administrative experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, such as but not limited to, Microsoft Offices, as well as general computer skills.
- General accounting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Tactfulness and diplomacy.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Recognition of the importance of details and how they play into the big picture.
- Independence to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload.
