Frac - Operator Assistant (Onsite: Brighton, CO)

The Frac- Operator Assistant under strict supervision, learns basic safety and repair procedures on frac acid equipment.

• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
• Assignment Length: 3 months with the high possibility of extension based on performance and other factors.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and perform basic operations, including pre/post job equipment inspections and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain equipment such as pumps and discharge manifold equipment.
• Complete requisite training and demonstrate competency for current and next-level responsibilities.
• Assist in the cleanup, repair, and preparation for jobs.
• Support the rigging up and down of service line equipment at the wellsite as needed.
• Ensure all tasks are performed with safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures and regulations.
• Work under supervision, with errors being readily identifiable and correctable by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong reading comprehension and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations are preferred.
