Job Duties and Qualifications
Essential Job Functions
- Operating with significant level of technical and / or operational independence in all assigned areas.
- Will provide specialized Well Engineering support for the Critical Projects to resolve major engineering / operational issues and / or to enhance performance
- Technical Authority accountability for one or more Well Engineering standard and processes
- Will have accountability for Well Engineering process and design quality and integrity assurance on a number of well construction projects
- Must function as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one technology domain in Well Construction.
- Collaborate with other disciplines and Product Service Lines (PSLs) of the Company for drilling engineering related issues.
- Provide work direction and mentorship on a regular basis to staff Engineers.
