Responsibilities:
- Lead our team meetings and make sure all important details or questions from team members are addressed
- Inspire the team and create a culture of community
- Coordinate vendor, contractor, and client relationships with exceptional and professional communication skills
- Prep listing inventory
- Organize and prepare documents to meet agents' needs including CMAs
- Plan events
- Spearhead the selling of homes!
- Stay on top of market research, best practices, and data analysis so our client care remains top notch as we track all contracts to closing day
- Manage databases
- Hold the team accountable for meeting deadlines and following up with clients
- Lead generation
- Actively build relationships with new leads and current clients
- Provide training opportunities for staff
- Act as main point of contact for fielding customer complaints or questions
- Supervise all marketing and administrative processes
- Manage the website and keep email correspondence up to date and organized
- Create and implement employee onboarding systems
- Assure the collection of commissions and engage with other aspects of bookkeeping for office
- Act as THE team leader for the office, unafraid of this leadership role and the responsibilities and rewards it comes with
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with administrative duties in office setting
- Real Estate license
