Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom features.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure quality assurance of delivered solutions.
- Create detailed process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Monitor system usage and performance, and recommend enhancements based on data insights.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features, advising the team on potential improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and CRM optimization.
- Ability to write clear user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
- Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Visio.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst Certification (preferred).
