Job Description:
- Developing inbound call flows using data inputs ,data actions and Genesys Cloud API.
- Developing in queue flow ,outbound flow, email, and chat.
- Script development for screen pop and updating the script in call flows before transferring.
- 5 to 10 years of Voice and Omnichannel experience required.
- Jira users.
- Agile experienced. Providing Business As Usual IVR call flow change support. New call flow build support. Mentoring/Coaching others team members.
- Elevated troubleshooting experience.
