Job Description
This role provides customer service to maintain and enhance existing business and obtain new business. You will act as a liaison between customers and Hallstar's supply chain team to ensure all customer requirements are met.
Key Accountabilities
- Process customer orders in our ERP system and provide unit price, availability, and additional information required to complete transactions.
- Establish new accounts with complete profile information.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements with internal and external logistics resources to expedite order shipment and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support to customers as needed.
- Prepare invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Document, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide product and technical information to customers or refer them to qualified personnel.
- Act as a focal point for customers and field sales to resolve pricing, freight, payment, product quality, or other product/service-related issues.
- Evaluate opportunities for process improvements that enhance the customer experience.
- Support sales force activities through effective communication and partnership.
