What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Client & Owner Relationships
✔ Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in our management.
✔ Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying ways to optimize their property’s performance and guest experience.
✔ Communicate professionally and efficiently, balancing owner expectations with operational realities.
Guest Experience & Property Oversight
✔ Handle guest escalations, working with customer service teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure guest satisfaction.
✔ Conduct routine property inspections, ensuring homes meet or exceed our cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards.
✔ Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure seamless property readiness.
Operational Excellence & Problem-Solving
✔ Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service calls, ensuring timely resolutions to issues.
✔ Ensure accurate documentation of maintenance logs, cleaning reports, and operational expenses.
✔ Monitor guest feedback and online reviews, proactively addressing recurring concerns to maintain high ratings.
Property Onboarding & Revenue Growth
✔ Manage the onboarding process for new properties, ensuring they are guest-ready and optimized for revenue from day one.
✔ Collaborate with property owners to establish revenue goals and provide strategic recommendations for property improvements.

Requirements:
- Live in Knoxville, TN
- Reliable Vehicle & Cell Phone
- Very comfortable with using technology to complete assignments, communicate, and build reports.
Preferred Experience:
✔ 2 years in property management, hospitality, real estate, or a related field.
✔ Experience working with vendors, contractors, or service providers.
✔ Strong knowledge of short-term rental or vacation rental operations (preferred, but not required).
Schedule & On-Call Expectations
Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with rotational on-call responsibilities for guest escalations and urgent client requests during weekends and evenings. Availability for calls/texts on weekends as needed.
Compensation & Perks
✔ Base Salary: $42,500 - $55,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience)
