Title: Right-of-Way Agent

Responsibilities
85%% of time
- Researching existing Easements
- Pulling Title and preparing packets to send off to get easements prepared
- Working with requesting customers and 3rd parties to answer easement related questions
15% of time
- Meeting with 3rd party property owners to notarize their easements.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years experience in surface acquisition;
- Intermediate familiarity with computer applications including, Word, Excel and Google Drive;
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in order to satisfy project deadlines;
- Possess a high level of professionalism and standard of ethics;
- Work outside of normal business hours and travel may be required;
- Local to operating area or willing to travel to operating area;
- Must be a Missouri Notary
- Must hold a Missouri Real Estate license
- Previous experience in transmission projects is preferred

Pay: $275.00 - $325.00 per day
