Job Description:
At Halocarbon, we are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Process Engineer to join our team in North Augusta, SC.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, optimizing, and running production processes. You will own a specific process from start to finish and be accountable for coordinating and implementing small projects and process improvements using the proper work protocol.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop efficient production processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production operations
* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
* Develop and maintain statistical process control methodology (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, TQM)
Requirements:
* B.S. in Chemical Engineering or related field
* 4 years of relevant industrial experience
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong project management and people management skills
* Experience in batch and continuous production processes
* Experience in design engineering and statistical process control methodology
