The ideal candidate will have 5 years of management experience and international order processing experience. You will be responsible for providing leadership to the Customer Service team and driving success in our business, including establishing and tracking key metrics for customer service performance and providing on-going support to the growth of E-Commerce.
You will engage with the online customer through Chat Box and other online support tools, facilitate customer quotes, help monitor quote conversion rate, and support initiatives to establish a CRM tool. You will also own the customer incident reporting process and manage international documents, while exemplifying Halocarbon's Core Values.
