Salary : $1,500-$2,000 Weekly
At Haloprime Inc, we install DISH Network service in residential homes. We invest in our Technicians, providing online and on-the-job training. Our Technicians are responsible for multiple customer visits daily which would include completing site surveys, installing satellite equipment, ensuring a quality broadband internet connection and educating our customers on the award-winning DISH Satellite services. We compensate for a high-quality installation and exceptional customer service / education.

Satellite TV Installers / Technician Primary Responsibilities :
Conduct site surveys - determine the best location and positioning of the satellite equipment and be able to communicate the options with the customer.
Installing service - Installing mounts, satellite dishes and receivers while ensuring connectivity
Customer Education Assist / educate customers with their DISH equipment, and the basics of using their new technology.
Up-selling Dish Smart Home Services - Successful technicians offer our customers additional services and products while earning additional income on every install.
Skills - Experience and Requirements
A successful Installer / Technician will have the following :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time on a ladder, lift over 70 lbs at times, crawl into small spaces, work in all climates.
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and evenings.
Must possess a valid driver's license in the State you are seeking employment, with an exceptional driving record and access to a white installation vehicle, that meets DISHs minimum standards.
Cable / satellite industry experience is a plus but not required
