Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement strategies for key protein categories, aligning with divisional and corporate goals.
- Build and manage relationships with suppliers, brokers, and internal teams to optimize sourcing and inventory.
- Develop and analyze KPIs to drive performance and maximize ROI.
- Oversee budget planning, procurement initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing procurement team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 8-10 years in procurement, merchandising, buying, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, data analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with category management tools, big data analysis, and ERP systems.
