Requirements & Responsibilities:
The Outside Service Technician will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks while:
Traveling:
- Possible nationwide travel.
- Have the ability to understand written instructions and be able to follow step by step procedures without deviation.
- Possess basic mechanical and pneumatic knowledge in order to complete necessary procedures.
- Possess basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Perform the necessary tasks required using computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Observe and analyze customers equipment to verify proper installation.
- Perform on-site training for customers.
- Complete call reports completely including taking pictures and supplying documentation after preforming customer training or service calls.
- The ability to perform system installations.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Perform follow-up visits.
In Office:
- Effectively and efficiently document expenses.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotel stays, etc.
- Willingness and ability to work on current projects (building, repairs, R&D, etc.)
- Have the ability to understand written instructions and be able to follow step by step procedures without deviation.
- Verbally communicate answers to technical questions with customers on the phone
- Assist In day-to-day Visits
