Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for fulfilling the following tasks when required:
- Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, meetings, and document meeting outcomes and actions. Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and that the project progresses as planned
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and project plans. Track progress and report updates to management and stakeholders
- Help track resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects, ensuring the appropriate staffing levels for successful project delivery
- Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making and planning
- Serve as the point of contact between project teams, clients, and stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication and ensure all parties are informed of project developments
- Address and escalate project challenges or delays, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Assist in identifying potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies
- Monitor project deliverables for quality and compliance with project specifications, ensuring standards are met
- Organize and schedule regular project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting outcomes and actions
