Responsibilities:
- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to framing, roofing, siding installation, window and door installations, and finish work.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with our team to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the job site.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a construction laborer in residential construction and remodeling
- Knowledge and skills in framing, roofing, siding, windows, doors, trim, and finish work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
