The Community Manager is responsible for the total on-site operation of the assigned community(ies). He / She is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values, and the success of the company. Under the immediate direction of the Regional Manager, a Community Manager is responsible for all administration, property maintenance and security, financial tracking and budgeting, and record keeping / reporting components listed below.
COMPENSATION : $60,000-$65,000 DOE
This is a salaried position with a starting salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Always maintain the highest occupancy possible.
- Walk notice apartments once resident turns in notice.
- Prepare for move-ins, renovations, and turns timely.
- Prepare written reports as well as Plumbing & Smoke Detector logs to Regional Manager quarterly.
- Submit weekly and month-end reports to Regional Manager.
- Monitor Advertising sources; e.g., Internet, print ads, and locator services.
