We are looking for an Army Logistics Ops Cell Analyst for our Army client near Arlington VA.
Responsibilities :
- Support the Current Operations Division for Headquarters, Department of the Army, G-4 (Logistics) providing analytical and technical support for global logistics operations.
- Provide G-4 and Army senior leader updates on current worldwide operations and any resulting Army logistics impacts.
- Analyze various Army logistic information in conjunction with attending ACOM virtual meetings providing concise updates and executive summaries with recommendations to senior Army logistics leaders for decision.
- Provide daily analysis that depicts specified operational and logistics responsibilities for deployment and redeployment of unit movements (personnel and equipment) and disseminate findings and recommendations to appropriate G-4 Directorates and Divisions.
- Track and report Army / Joint regional and global exercises at CTC's
- Coordinate and execute the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-4 Worldwide Secret Video Teleconference to provide a secure communications platform throughout the Army Logistics community for information and reporting to the HQDA G-4 Senior Leaders, HQDA Army Staff (ARSTAF) elements, Army Commands (ACOMs), Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), and Direct Reporting Units (DRUs) as required.
- Provide operational support to the daily battle rhythm actions, HQDA G-4 Army Sustainment Current Operations and response mission coordination, Secure Video Teleconference (SVTC) and MS Teams meetings, calendar synchronization and Operations and Intelligence updates (O&I) reports.
- Monitor, participate and support Crisis Action Teams (CAT), receive, analyze, and process all HQDA G-4 Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) and screen, distribute and process Enterprise Task Management Software Solution Tool (ETMS2) requirements.
- Receive, execute, and coordinate request for information (RFI's) taskers. Monitor and provide data entry support for all HQDA G-4 assigned requirements and deliverables in various Army tools such as Vantage, JOPES, and ECOP.
- Perform operations at the US Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4 Logistics Operations Center (ALOC).
- Prepare briefings for senior Army staff.
- Monitor taskings through the Army's Enterprise Tasking Management System-2.
- Provide input to senior Army staff regarding logistics operations.
- Collect data and prepare reports for the Army in support of Congressional requirements ISO lost arms, ammunition, and explosives to provide better situational awareness.
