We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Receptionist to become an essential part of our team. This is more than just a front desk position it's an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace and support key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities : Welcome and Assist Visitors : Be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a friendly and professional greeting, directing them to the appropriate contacts, and announcing arrivals.
Manage Incoming Calls : Answer, screen, and forward calls in a timely and courteous manner to maintain seamless communication.
Support HR Projects : Assist with HR compliance and various administrative tasks Service Clients for Fingerprinting (Backup) : Provide assistance to clients requiring fingerprinting services when needed.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
