Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, including adding accounts payable to the finance system.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for leadership.
- Provide clerical support including filing, document preparation, and office management tasks.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in clerical roles is advantageous.
