Role Responsibilities :
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot networks in a 24 / 7 operational setting.
- Provide technical support on a 24 / 7 basis while overseeing and configuring the networks.
- Ensure the reliability of the network infrastructure for both ISP's customers and headquarters staff through continuous monitoring and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Implementation Experts to plan system upgrades for customers and ensure compliance with maintenance and security standards.
- Manage multiple projects and serve as the escalation point in the Technical Assistance Center when necessary.
