Lead IT Technician

We are seeking an energetic professional to assist clients big and small.The successful candidate must have direct experience supporting end users in a business environment, expertise with TCP/IP networking, solid skills with Microsoft operating systems and suites, and eagerness to help with great customer skills.

This is a PERMANENT position that is ONSITE in Peoria, AZ

Responsibilities

• Provide computer & network support for various clients via onsite visits, telephone support, ticket support through Connectwise Manage and Automate, and remote desktop assistance through ScreenConnect.
• Network infrastructure implementation, VPN/Active Directory/GPO setup & support, email services, antivirus and disaster recovery, preventative maintenance, etc.
• Project management and planning
• Asset management and inventory control
• Create and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
• Email support including Exchange and Office 365, Google Suites
• Work with vendors on behalf of end users and clients
• Experience with LAN /WAN/WLAN environments
• Handle tasks/projects and complete by deadlines

Required Skills

• Experience supporting end users in a business environment
• High level of proficiency with Windows operating systems & running upgrades
• Proficiency supporting end users in an Exchange environment
• Proficiency supporting end users in an Active Directory Domain environment with user permissions
• Demonstrated high level of proficiency with TCP/IP networking (proficiency with routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.)
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Exchange and Office 365 migration, administration, configuration and support including sharepoint & Azure
• Expertise with Windows Server 2008 through 2019, Active Directory deployment and administration
• Project management & project lead experience
