Dealership Title Clerk

Overview
We are seeking a experienced Title Clerk to join our team. This position requires a strong understanding of preparing and processing documentation related to the sale of vehicles . Also coordinate with the sales and finance departments to resolve any billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with dealerships policies and procedures.

Duties

• Typing deals
• Breaking down deals for state and finance companies
• Process titles on all new and pre-owned vehicles
• Follow up with account schedules

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Team player
• Familiarity with journal entries and maintaining accurate accounting records. .
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective customer interactions.
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
