Apprentice Carpenter - Bridge

Responsibilities
- Report each day on time and ready to work, anticipate up to 6-10’s work schedule
- Ensure reliable transportation to jobsite
- Ensure project safety rules and environmental regulations are followed at all times
Requirements:
- Experience on heavy civil construction projects including bridges, highway, transit, and rail preferred, but not necessary
- A background in forming and pouring of footings, walls, columns, & bridge decks preferred, but not necessary
- Standard carpenter hand tools (Power tools supplied)
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Ability to access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
- Physically Capable of performing work in job description such as occasionally lifting up to 50-100Lbs.
- Valid driver’s license
- This is a safety sensitive position – drug screen, pre-employment background check & physical are required
Benefits:
- First Term Apprentice- $26.63/Hour
- On the Job Apprentice training program
- Potential to earn up to $44.39/Hour once at full Journeyman scale
