Responsibilities
Works with the school’s cafeteria team to serve students healthy, tasty meals. Must be proficient in all tasks of a Food Service Team Member 1. Additionally:
- Cooks, bakes, heats, assembles, and prepares foods by following recipes and instructions to ensure quality and freshness
- Operates the cash register, including receiving money, issuing receipts, making change, balancing the cash drawer, and preparing the bank deposit
- Performs other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 weeks experience working on cash register, overseen by cafeteria manager
- Manager reference required
- Must pass cashier evaluation/test
- HS diploma or GED not required
