Description
Under general supervision, assists with the management of the financial administration of the Office of the Hamilton County Juvenile Court Clerk, provides administrative support to the Juvenile Court Clerk, coordinates and oversees all Project work as assigned by the Clerk, and coordinates and facilitates employee training and events.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, public administration, business management or a closely related field, and five (5) years of direct work experience in accounting, project management, public administration, business management or a closely related field, two (2) years of which must be in a supervisory or lead role. A valid driver’s license is required.
OR
An Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, public administration, business management or a closely related field, and seven (7) years of direct work experience in accounting, project management, public administration, business management or a closely related field, two (2) years of which must be in a supervisory or lead role. A valid driver’s license is required.
OR
The equivalent of a high school diploma and nine (9) years of direct work experience in accounting, project management, public administration, business management or a closely related field, two (2) years of which must be in a supervisory or lead role. A valid driver’s license is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Current Notary Public or the ability to become a Notary Public is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work requires long periods of attention to detail; extensive computer keyboarding; occasional lifting, bending, kneeling, and stooping to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds; work may also require the employee to push and/or pull heavy, bulky files and file boxes weighing up to 75 pounds. A handcart/truck may be utilized to assist in the moving of items.
