Hamilton Enterprises, LLC, a CPA, Management and IT consulting firm, is seeking qualified and available Program Manager to support a Federal client in Washington, DC. The position is full-time and contract.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management of the contractor team, including delegation of work assignments
- Submit monthly invoices, progress reports, and issue logs; developing work plans and budgets
- Ensure all work is professional, error-free, and completed within established timelines and budgets
- Participate as requested in meeting and conferences
- Develop program and training content in alignment with FTA policy and guidance
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Contractor team and FTA
- Quickly resolve work or personnel related issues to the satisfaction of FTA
- Guide or assist with any task defined in the Statement of Work
- Other program management responsibilities to ensure successful execution of all work assignments.
Mandatory qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution of higher learning
Required experience and expertise:
- Minimum of 10-years professional experience in executive leadership in the public transit industry (can include any time spent as leadership of a consulting team on public transit-related projects).
- Demonstrated significant and successful leadership and management experience on complex programs of increasing size and difficulty.
- Demonstrated significant experience and success communicating orally and in writing with senior executives about complex and challenging public transit management, operations, and technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects on-time and within budget.
