As a key member of the leadership team, you will :
Develop and execute a comprehensive preconstruction strategy aligned with long-term goals.
Identify and secure high-profile projects that capitalize on the region’s unique opportunities across a number of diverse market segments, including Healthcare, Multifamily and wider commercial construction.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the preconstruction department.
Responsible for leading a team of 35 preconstruction personnel, providing guidance and mentorship.
Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and maximizing return on investment.
Proactively identify and address potential risks to project success.
Develop long-lasting relationships with owners, subcontractors and key individuals in the South Florida region.
Your Qualifications :
A proven track record as a leader in preconstruction, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
A deep understanding of the South Florida construction market, including local regulations and industry trends.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills.
