JOB SUMMARY
The Admissions Coordinator helps ensure that comprehensive, quality patient care is delivered in a timely manner to all patients receiving treatment at HASC. This individual is responsible for collecting all deposits due from each patient in a caring and effective manner. This individual is responsible for coordinating the location of patients and keeping family and other interested parties informed. Responsible for the admissions of all Patients at HASC. Performs all pre op chart preparation for each visit prior to day of admission. This individual has the ability to function independently and to work cooperatively with other staff members.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma
Licensure: None
Experience: One-year experience in the medical field
Skills: Strong computer skills, ability to type, ability to communicate and work well with people. General business office or hospital/ASC/Medical office experience. Ability to work independently.
