JOB SUMMARY
This position requires a clinician with a high degree of knowledge, skills and competence in nursing or exercise physiology to perform exercise stress testing under the supervision of a cardiologist.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited program in nursing or exercise physiology.
Licensure: Current RN license in the State of Georgia or for exercise physiology EPC, EP-C, ACSM-CEP or RCEP.
Experience: Cardiac experience and two years in respective field preferred.
Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail required. Has ability to communicate orally and in writing clearly and logically. Has ability to analyze information and solve problems. Demonstrates accuracy and an attention to detail. Demonstrates ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely orally. Has ability to maintain confidences.
