About the Role
We are currently seeking Attorneys with 5-7 years of experience in First-Party Property & Insurance Defense to join our statewide practice. The ideal candidates should possess strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research, with a preference for federal court experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.
Responsibilities
- Handle first-party insurance defense matters statewide
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Provide oral advocacy in various legal settings
- Work on writing and drafting legal documents
- MUST be admitted to the Florida Bar
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in first-party insurance defense
