Recreation Aide Responsibilities
- Prepare recreational programsand activities to meet the functional levels, needs, and interests of residents
- Maintain records ofresidents' attendance and participation in activities
- Coordinate activitieswith other departments as necessary
- Follow care plans inproviding daily activities for residents
- Encourage residents totake part in personal development
- Promote physical,social, and mental well-being of residents
