Job Description
As a Home Comfort Consultant, you will connect customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements. Our ideal candidate has experience in outside sales, one-call-close, in a residential in-home environment.
- We provide warm sales leads, eliminating the need for canvassing or cold-calling.
- You will earn a draw or commission through weekly settlements after training.
- Our comprehensive training program includes technical, sales, safety, leadership, and systems training.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience selling residential services in-home. Some locations may require HVAC-specific experience. You should also be able to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area and have excellent customer service and communication skills.
