Priority Personnel is hiring Temporary Grant Specialists to work at a department for Texas State University. Assignments are expected to last 1-2 months for one and till the end of August for the other.
Pay rate : $18 / hour
Work Schedule : Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm (occasional weekend and evenings may be required)
Job Duties :
- Provide counseling / advising (e.g. academic, career, financial, personal) to students who meet program eligibility requirements.
- Determine student academic needs and develop individualized student success plans.
- Schedule monthly student meetings.
- Document student contact / progress.
- Assist with marketing, recruitment screening and selection activities.
- Advise the SSS Association / Peer Pals
- Assist with record keeping, program evaluation and ongoing program improvement
- Assist with trips and events for participants.
