Hamilton Storage Technologies is looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for creating and managing PowerBi reports, backup support for API team and tier II IT support. This role is an onsite position located in Franklin, MA

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in PowerBi
- Expert in SQL databases, queries and management
- Experience in RDP tools/Teamviewer
- Familiarity with Database structures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP
- Familiarity with Windows Licensing (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Always on availability clusters (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITSM/ServiceNow (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Virtualization (Preferred)

Education/Experience
- 2 (5 preferred) years’ experience in Information technology, Software development or data analysis (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Computer information systems, Management information systems, data analytics, software engineering or computer science
- Must be eligible to work in the US
